Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 75

As we proceed through the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselessness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries. 

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before: 

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here. 
 
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue. 

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religious, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules. 

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

I think that crude death rates are a key statistic to keep track of.

Last year the crude death rate in the US fell by ~7% last year but is still ~13% above pre covid/ vax crude death rates.

If mRNA induced immune system tolerance for covid is as bad as suspected ( some expecting the over 80 years olds having a ~60% higher chance of death ) we should see it there.

State of Hospitals

Hello JMG and fellow commenters,

as somebody who works in the medical industry (on the supply side) I have the opportunity to visit hospitals and doctors on a regular basis. Here are a few key facts:

- Around here hospitals need an occupancy rate of 90% to make a profit
- For each station there is a chief doctor, 2 or 3 senior doctors, regular doctors, a head nurse and the nursing staff
- Each station is big enough that a patient sees the doctor who treats him 2 or 3 times a day, the doctor makes note of the progress (or the general condition) and adjusts the therapy plan when necessary (this was pre-pandemic)

Now in year 2 of the pandemic the situation of general hospitals is dire. The system as a whole works now on triage in some cases because quite frequently the most engaged people have left their job due to vaccine mandates and other sorts of administrative measures.

Last week I visited a General Hospital, specifically a Covid Station. I installed some appliances and I was assisted by the lab technician. Before the pandemic a doctor would visit and look at the new gadgets. I noticed that the station as a whole felt strange. The technician told me that the whole hospital is now on emergency mode. They can't fill up the required medical positions anymore.
A senior doctor now has to supervise 2 stations (before 2 senior doctors oversaw one station). These working conditions put a strain on the staff and the doctors who have remained are on the brink of burning out. Needless to say that the patients get a sub-optimal treatment due to the shortage of qualified staff.

This is in contrast to specialized hospitals where there is no such shortage (yet) and the conditions are more or less the same as pre covid. I suspect the situation is the same all over the Western World which is not talked about in the media.

The situation is pretty bad and I got the impression to better get not sick.

So my ulimate biz idea is doing different things available different ways... some will be offered online as I test ideas and local markets out ....making art bags is one of the things I'm doing online first ...along with men's casual tailoring, but that'll only be here in san fran... the off the rack wild art coats like short matador jackets covered in moving pom poms i wanna do at craft fairs later...maybe online but i wanna get offline eventually and let others sell online if they wanna deal with shipping hell and nightmares...

Besides point of my art underground is you've gotta go to the trouble to get this stuff in person here in sf so art and place mean something again...

Since I'm doing everything so i don't have to ask for anyone's money favors blessings or permissions... i'm designing the bag patterns, along with the art which I'll then burn onto multiple screens for color separations... then printing and sewing them all up... then figuring best way to showcase and sell online first to give readers here first crack...and affordably ship in affordable boxes... all unsubsidized by cheap money and endless venture capital...

I've gotta run through and streamline the process to keep 'em as reasonable/realistic as possible.

Since I've finally got sketch outlines of answers ideas or directions, I'm hoping to not write on here or even be online much.

I'll be back for photos eventually.. of anything...

After a discussion with experts from Israel's Health Ministry, leading rabbis have issued a call for Jews to stop striking their chest as a sign of penitence during the thrice-daily Shemoneh Esrei prayer, the selichos, and on Yom Kippur. The longstanding custom, widely known by the Yiddish term klopping al chet, may lead to cardiac arrest.

According to data from a study, striking the chest in this fashion can lead to a condition known as commotio cordis, in which the impact of an object striking the chest area over the heart at just the right millisecond can cause sudden death. Although such cases are rare, they have been known to happen, and the increase in sudden deaths among people without a history of heart problems has caused experts to examine this as a possible cause.

The Rabbinic organization known as All The Gedolim put out a statement: “The Torah commands us to listen to whatever doctors say, all the time, without exception. The Health Ministry is in charge of doctors, and therefore we must listen to anything the Health Ministry says. It has been brought to our attention that striking the chest is a safek pikuach nefesh, and therefore it is forbidden. No distinction can be made between how forcefully one strikes his chest, for who can measure such things?

“Anyone who strikes his chest is a sinner who is endangering his life and his prayers are rejected. Furthermore, since his actions may lead others to strike their chests as well, he can be considered a rodef.”

Chief Rabbi of Tzfat, Shmuel Eliyahu, wrote in a Facebook post that the Shulchan Aruch and Megilla 3B support this ruling.

Rabbi Yuval Cherlow, director of the Center for Jewish Ethics at Tzohar, posited that people who strike their chests should be denied medical care if they have a heart attack. “Their reckless actions may cause medical care to be diverted from patients who are more deserving,” he stated. “Although Israel's medical system treats injured terrorists without bias, sometimes at the expense of their victims, kloppers are on a lower level, like anti-vaxxers.”

Rabbi Herschel Schachter, Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshiva University and posek for the Orthodox Union, ruled that children who klop al chet can be thrown out of yeshiva, lest they cause a bad influence on other children and endanger their lives.

Leading Modern Orthodox and Reform Rabbis quickly embraced the scientific findings and issued a similar ruling, though they added that their followers stopped klopping al chet long ago, as they preach separating the sin from the sinner, and even embracing sin with love.

The Prime Minister said there are no plans to send police into synagogues and yeshivos to enforce the new health guidelines, though he warned that “all options are on the table” if cases of sudden death continue to rise.

After all, he concluded, if stopping the klopping saves one life, it's worth it.

Stopping the klopping is fantastic, and for me as a non-Jew, all the exotic Yiddish and Hebrew words are a special flavoring that makes the whole thing more believable.
In a way, most news articles I‘ve been reading recently looked a bit like this, as if they were full of words and concepts alien to me, but apparently very important to the authors and their audience. Cool thing!

About the herd immunity article —–
I apologize – I am on a work laptop today and I do not type well on laptops. I hope there are not a lot of errors.
I have said this before in the comments, and I will say it again. This is likely to be the last time. I am not interested in being a broken record.
When one is in medical training, one realizes that the TEXTBOOKS of medicine are the repository of the stored wisdom of the ages. When things change or are found to be different as time goes on, the textbooks change as well, but very slowly. So, as a physician, you are trained to look at textbooks for the stored knowledge of whatever issue you are questioning. Good textbooks are not “UpToDate” no matter how much the medical corporations would like us to run on algorithms. Also not Twitter, not last week’s journals, but the textbooks. Every time I have ever read about coronaviruses or other families of rapidly mutating, highly contagious RNA viruses, ie influenza, it specifically states in the first few paragraphs of these textbooks that there is NO SUCH THING AS HERD IMMUNITY in these situations. There is population immunity that develops over time that is much different than the herd immunity we are used to in things like measles. Measles outbreaks are uncommon and very limited because there is a level of “herd immunity”. Coronavirus OC43 and Influenza cause people to be sick over and over, even if you had them 6 months or a year ago. MEASLES vs OC43 ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS.
I therefore realized early on in the pandemic that this was going to be the case. I have commented about this repeatedly. It is not because I am any smarter – it is because I was trained to look at the sources and to value each source for different kinds of wisdom. The fact that on all sides this “herd immunity” fallacy has been continually spewn about COVID by people who know better has been very depressing for me.
Our species and this virus will eventually learn to live with one another. It has happened many many times throughout history – and please realize, if this were not the natural course of events, WE WOULD NOT BE HERE. This has all happened before, and will all happen again. This species has survived through them all. Whether the rapprochement is years or decades or longer, is not known. When these pandemics come to the world, you can view them as a hot war – with casualties on both sides. Eventually, the hot war will become an eternal cold war. Our species and this virus will live together. We are not there yet.
As I have also stated repeatedly, introducing a NON-STERILIZING vaccine into an acute pandemic like this, pre-rapprochement, has never been done in the history of human medicine on a global scale. We vaccinate all the time now in the “cold war” period – like the flu. When the “acute pandemic” program has been done in animal models, either the vaccine was withdrawn when discovered to be non-sterilizing OR unfortunate things happened to a limited number of subjects. But to administer a non-sterilizing vaccine in a highly mutable and contagious global acute pandemic to this many subjects has never been done before. You are living through the greatest experiment ever conducted in medicine. It is too late to go back now. We are just going to have to see what happens.
Being armed with this information – it is imperative that you arm your body the best way we can until the cold war time is reached. When that will be, I do not know. I go over this repeatedly every day with my patients – EAT WELL. EXERCISE. DON’T SMOKE. GET OUT IN THE SUN. LOSE WEIGHT. GET YOUR A1c DOWN. SMILE. DE-STRESS. HUG YOUR KIDS. CHECK ON YOUR NEIGHBORS.

I've had an epiphany

I have a tenant who works in health care. He is a self centered, anxious, feminized man-boy with a fake emotional service dog. In the couple of months I've known him I have never seen him actually give his dog any attention and came to conclusion the dog, while certainly not abused, is at the least neglected. This dog lights up to attention. He is alone at home for 13 hours while his owner works. He is obese from lack of exercise and was left behind when the owner when the owner left to go home for a week plus vacation.

I was talking to the owner about a British TV doctor who came out against the vax after his father died. This jerk got up out of his chair mid story to play with the dog and sat down the second I was finished. The only time I've ever seen this jackass pay attention to his dog. I am done even trying to talk to these a-holes. They can all drop dead from the vax as far as I am concerned. I don't give a rats ass for any of them any more. I have no care, concern, or compassion left for anyone to stupid to look never mind see.

You just reminded me of something I'd planned to do. On my way home 3.5 hours ago I saw a dog barking on a tiny 2nd floor balcony in a dark house. It's cold here. I'll go check (five-seven minutes away) to see if that dog is stuck on the balcony.

Actually eight minutes return trip including standing below dark balcony and making noises (while pretending to look at phone) that would attract a dog. Lights on and no dog. I guess the dog is inside.

To segue: it must be assumed my siblings are starting to wonder about the vaxx. Surely they have seen enough things that have 'tipped them off' to something not being perfectly right. But have they, out of curiosity, asked me one single question? Of course not.

I've stated before and I still have the text from a nurse discussing her and her MD husband fighting the vax mandate at my old hospital only to cave at the end and forge their vax status while administering the vax to children to keep their jobs and income.

I've been spoken to by management twice for advocating for patients against unnecessary interventions ordered by MDs who haven't seen the patient because of patient overload, laziness, indifference, and ass covering. I've been told to do as I'm told which isn't going to fly.

Unity Convoy Update

At the turn of the year, I mentioned to the group that another nation-wide convoy is coming to Canada (weekend of Feb 17-21 in Winnipeg). The 2023 convoy is themed on “unity” rather than “freedom” (not as though the terms are mutually exclusive) Although “to be silent” is a key practice of a mage, the fact is that the event has been announced and is being widely talked about, for me being silent does not serve any purpose.

Lots has happened since the initial announcement on December 25. It started out with loads of unity… and then suddenly it wasn’t. Last week was rather rough as some egos seemed to get expressed and some supposed alt-media types (not Rebel or True North or any of the legit alt outfits, mind you) turned out to be wolves in sheep’s clothing. And, of course, the MSM started churning out with the smoke and mirrors in earnest (c’est la vie). For a while, things were looking shaky.

And then over the weekend Bigbear (Métis healer with a heart as wide as a barn door, 100% positive all the time, who is also a trucker and hard-core freedom fighter) took the high road and has managed to keep the convoy on course. And what a difference Bigbear has made! He and Freedom George (Pat King’s sidekick from last year’s Freedom Convoy) have formed a great team (I’m not even sure if Pat will be able to attend: his bail conditions are so strict he is living in a virtual prison), along with “Mr. Freedom”, Ron Clark and many others. Convoys are being arranged and organized from every province; dozens of new convoy captains are being nominated with each passing day; many very important Clan Mothers have stated their intention of participating in the Eighth Fire ceremony in the Heart of Turtle Island (i.e., Winnipeg); many other Indigenous Elders have committed to speaking at the event (along with medical doctors, freedom fighters, etc.). And the epicentre of the convoy will be outside the city (so as to not inconvenience the city’s residents). Unity and healing are the key notes of what is building up. On top of it all (I just found this out), the Feb 17 weekend also coincides with Winnipeg’s annual Louis Riel celebration. Wow!

Call it a Canadian thing: a big love-in in the middle of winter in the coldest city (with a population over 200,000) in the country. More news as and when interesting things develop… honk honk!

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Another Las Vegas student died last week after collapsing and being found unresponsive in a school bathroom.

The senior high school student, Jordan Brister, attended Amplus Academy, a public charter school. Amplus Academy posted information on Brister’s death on the school’s Facebook page on Sunday.

“The Amplus community sends our love and condolences to the Brister family as well as to all of Jordan’s family, friends and acquaintances.”

According to Brister’s father, Conrad Brister, his son collapsed in the bathroom on Tuesday, Jan. 3, and may have been there for as long as 25 minutes before he was discovered. During that time, his heart stopped.

Jordan Brister was in ICU at Southern Hills Hospital. The Clark County coroner’s office listed Brister’s date of death as Sunday, Jan. 8. He was an organ donor.

A GoFundMe page was set up to help the family pay for the teen’s funeral. It reads, “Jordan Tyler Brister suddenly and unexpectedly suffered cardiac arrest while at school with no explanation as to why. Jordan was a senior in high school who planned to join the military after graduating.”

Last Thursday, another Las Vegas valley student died after collapsing at a flag football game. The Clark County Coroner’s office said Desert Oasis High School student Ashari Hughes, 16, suffered a cardiac death due to a “rare congenital abnormality.”

Your illustration ironically is perfect for my comment. I was checking the free review copies of books offered on Library Thing and saw the following listing: The Unvaccinated by Jean Grandbois. The blurb tells that the book is about a worldwide increase in deaths and the unvaccinated ralllying to find and care for orphaned children. It is listed as an e-book.

I put this out-there as speculation in case you too have some anecdotal information.

There are a lot of layoffs in IT, I see the layoffs much often include the waxxinated, is there a possibility that companies use layoffs just to get rid of people that are sickly stealthily.

Also hybrid and on-site and now the general push to get to office could be pushed just for HR to sift through the people that are too sickly to come to office.

I worked in HR in a few major companies, and whenever layoffs happen, one goal is to get rid of the people who are more expensive to keep. In the US, health insurance is a major variable for cost for a lot of positions, and as far as I know, no one has an official policy to make sure people using it get laid off, but it's fairly easy, and at least where I worked common, to craft the metrics used to get rid of people who were.

If the number of people using the corporate health insurance has suddenly increased, that could dramatically increase the costs; and at the same time, the health problems could easily cause a drop in productivity. Both of these together could easily push businesses which were doing okay into serious financial difficulties; and that's before factoring in the way investor capital is drying up....

SHELLY: They sent me home with blood thinners. And then on Friday I still hadn't had word on the CT scan so I called [inaudible] Imaging and they told me to call my insurance agency or company, Premier. So I called them and Premier said, you need to go to the hospital right away. And I said, Why do I need to go to the hospital? You need a CT scan right away, we need you to go to the hospital. So I drove myself to the hospital. I get there and sure enough they do a CT scan and I had suffered a pulmonary embolism. And for any of you that don't know what it is, the blood clot in my leg then broke off, traveled up the vein through my tummy, through my heart, and into my lung. People can die from it. I was very, very fortunate that I didn't.

The next morning, they sent me, you know [holds up bottle of pills] I had the blood thinners, the next morning I woke up in severe pain and so I called paramedics and they took me back to the hospital. And I had suffered a second embolism on the way to the hospital.

So my story isn't to talk you out of getting the vaccine. I am pro-vaccine. I vaccinated my children. I got this fu*king vaccine. So it's not to tell you not to get the vaccine. But it is to tell you there are side effects and for some, some they go about with no side effects at all. But I want to tell you that I'm with you on those of you that want to wait, that you want to see how this pans out, on those of you that think this is an overreach from our government, on those of you who just plain are worried about it and want to give this some time. I am so with you. I will stand with you on that hill.

And for the rest of you, the ones, you know, the Jimmy Kimmels and those of you that are shaming the anti-vaxxers and wishing death or harm on them, I want you to look at this face, and I want you to remember my story. Because my life hasn't been the same since I had this vaccine. And it's not for everybody. Not everybody. My body, my choice, right? What I wouldn't do to exchange this bag, this basket [holds up and shakes basket full to the brim with medicines] of sh*t for my health back.

So I want you to think about those people. Think about other people's stories. Walk in their shoes. Give people grace, give people love. We need to meet in the middle here, we need to realize that each one of us comes to the table with a different set of experiences. And of course I'm going to say this vaccine sucks. But I'm not telling you to not get it. But we've got to listen to each other. I just hope that we can somehow meet in the middle here and just provide each other love. Be well everybody. Be well.
