I put this out-there as speculation in case you too have some anecdotal information.
There are a lot of layoffs in IT, I see the layoffs much often include the waxxinated, is there a possibility that companies use layoffs just to get rid of people that are sickly stealthily.
Also hybrid and on-site and now the general push to get to office could be pushed just for HR to sift through the people that are too sickly to come to office.
