Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 177

We are now in the fourth year of these open posts. When I first posted a tentative hypothesis on the course of the Covid phenomenon, I had no idea that discussion on the subject would still be necessary more than three years later, much less that it would turn into so lively, complex, and troubling a conversation. Still, here we are. Crude death rates and other measures of collapsing public health are anomalously high in many countries, but nobody in authority wants to talk about the inadequately tested experimental Covid injections that are the most likely cause; public health authorities government shills for the pharmaceutical industry are still trying to push through laws that will allow them to force vaccinations on anyone they want; public trust in science is collapsing; and the story continues to unfold.

So it's time for another open post. I have added a new rule (see below, #6):

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry and its government enablers are causing injury and death on a massive scale. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its wholly owned politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here. 
 
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue. 

4. If you plan on making off topic comments, please go away. This is an open post for discussion of the Covid epidemic, the vaccines, drugs, policies, and other measures that supposedly treat it, and other topics directly relevant to those things. It is not a place for general discussion of unrelated topics. Nor is it a place to ask for medical advice; giving such advice, unless you're a licensed health care provider, legally counts as practicing medicine without a license and is a crime in the US. Don't even go there.

5. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules. 

6. Please don't just post bare links without explanation. A sentence or two telling readers what's on the other side of the link is a reasonable courtesy, and if you don't include it, your attempted post will be deleted.

Please also note that nothing posted here should be construed as medical advice, which neither I nor the commentariat (excepting those who are licensed medical providers) are qualified to give. Please take your medical questions to the licensed professional provider of your choice.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

I remember a while back a comment about this winter looking pretty bleak health-wise (I think it was from JMG's astrology site). This year has been pretty bad for me. I've been sick three times in the last two months, where I usually am only sick once, and while my kids get sick more often I had always been the one to dodge the illnesses. Not this year. Yesterday I was as sick as I can ever recall being as an adult. My immediate family and I did not get the vax, so it shouldn't be related to anything of that nature, though I do worry for my extended family who are vaxxed. Prayers of healing and health for all who will accept them.

Last year, I got a Covid cold in November that left me a parting gift of dag-nasty bronchitis that lasted for four months with a residual productive cough for two months after that, and I got to go home for Christmas with that bronchitis. My older brother wasn't happy about the car-ride to and from the home town with me coughing, coughing, coughing, coughing relentlessly. I started supplementing Vitamin D every day on account of that, and I'm grateful I don't have to deal with that this year!

Reporting what my wife - a hospital-based midwife in the busiest London maternity unit - is seeing this winter. She is seeing most (if not all) colleagues who were vaccinated (she is not) being constantly ill. Deaths of babies in the womb are through the roof since 2021. I’m not prepared to draw any conclusions from this but oniy reporting.

That’s really sad. As a data point, my midwives (birth center, I’m guessing 90%+ of their clientele is unvaxxed for COVID and have never met any woman there who was vaxxed) told me that they were keeping track of which of their moms got COVID and their outcomes, and that they were definitely seeing heavier post-partum bleeding and hemorrhaging in those who got COVID and tentatively believed they were seeing more placental problems in the moms with COVID, resulting in more miscarriages and stillbirths.

May Bill Rice (Will1000) in southern California, who suffered a painful back injury, be blessed and healed, and may he quickly recover full health and movement.

May David/Trubrujah's 5 year old nephew Jayce, who is back home after chemotherapy for his leukemia, be healed quickly and fully, and may he, and mother Amanda, and their family find be aided with physical, mental, and emotional strength while they deal with this new life altering situation.

May Peter Van Erp's friend Kate Bowden's husband Russ Hobson and his family be enveloped with love as he follows his path forward with the glioblastoma (brain cancer) which has afflicted him.

May Daedalus/ARS receive guidance and finish his kundalini awakening, and overcome the neurological and qi and blood circulation problems that have kept him largely immobilised for several years; may the path toward achieving his life's work be cleared of obstacles.

May baby Gigi, continue to gain weight and strength, and continue to heal from a possible medication overdose which her mother Elena received during pregnancy, and may Elena be blessed and healed from the continuing random tremors which ensued; may Gigi's big brother Francis continue to be in excellent health and be blessed.

May Jennifer, whose pregnancy has entered its third trimester, have a safe and healthy pregnancy, may the delivery go smoothly, and may her baby be born healthy and blessed.

May Charlie the cat, who has been extremely sick and vomiting but whose owners can't afford an expensive vet visit, be blessed, protected, and healed.

May Scotlyn's friend Fiona, who has been in hospital since early October with what is a diagnosis of ovarian cancer, be blessed and healed, and encouraged in ways that help her to maintain a positive mental and spiritual outlook.

May Annette have a successful resolution for her kidney stones, and a safe and easy surgery to remove the big one blocking her left kidney.

May Peter Evans in California, who has been diagnosed with colon cancer, be completely healed with ease, and make a rapid and total recovery.

May Jennifer and Josiah, their daughter Joanna, and their unborn daughter be protected from all harmful and malicious influences, and may any connection to malign entities or hostile thought forms or projections be broken and their influence banished.

May Ram, who is facing major challenges both legal and emotional with a divorce and child custody dispute, be blessed with the clarity of thought, positive energy, and the inner strength to continue to improve the situation.

May FJay peacefully birth a healthy baby at home with her loved ones. May her postpartum period be restful and full of love and support. May her older child feel surrounded by her love as he adapts to life as a big brother and may her marriage be strengthened during this time.

May all living things who have suffered as a consequence of Hurricanes Helene and Milton be blessed, comforted, and healed.

May Giulia (Julia) in the Eastern suburbs of Cleveland Ohio be healed of recurring seizures and paralysis of her left side and other neurological problems associated with a cyst on the right side of her brain and with surgery to treat it.

May Corey Benton, whose throat tumor has grown around an artery and won't be treated surgically, be healed of throat cancer.

Lp9's hometown, East Palestine, Ohio, for the safety and welfare of their people, animals and all living beings in and around East Palestine, and to improve the natural environment there to the benefit of all.

I want to thank everyone who prayed for me. I have gained a lot of inner strength and positive energy in the past few weeks. I have also seen plenty of help appear from unexpected quarters, many of them strangers. My battles are expected to continue for at least another year. But I feel very clearheaded and optimistic that I will find the wisdom and courage to carry on.

One comment on RFK Jr.'s comments on polio vaccines: he's far too young to have been around when polio was a real and deadly scourge, leaving multitudes paralyzed and living in an iron lung. I was there, and putting my dimes in the little March of Dimes folder at a time when that was equivalent to $10 today: big bucks for a child.

Well, let me tell you. If, say, the autism rate increased among the vaccinated, I'll take that deal. Better the devil I know and lived with through the years when the worst thing you could say about anyone was "not normal" than to live, totally paralyzed, like that*. The day the polio vaccine was invented, the entire world cheered, and for good reason.

BTW, physical therapy was in its infancy. There was talk about the "Sister Kenny" treatment of massage for the affected muscles - and I hope to every god there is that physical therapy is one skill that survives into the next Dark Age.

So, Mr. Kennedy, please, take your opinion and use it as a bookmark for a good history of the days of polio.

FWIW, I believe we already had discussions here where the link between the rollout of DDT and polio had a very strong correlation, and of course, the 'science' kept assuring us that correlation is not causation. Overtime, the public spraying of DDT was rolled back, and incidences of polio corrresponding dropped. Pure coincidence again, of course.

Same situation as smallpox outbreaks, where Midwesterndoc had first written the extensive history of what happened in Leicester (UK), where improved public hygiene had already reversed the smallpox epidemics, pretty much eradicated it, but the authorities insisted on pushing the smallpox vexes anyways and injured a ton of folks.

The issue of polio being a significant health problem seems to predate the introduction of DDT as a widely used insecticide in World War II. For example, FDR had polio before he became President. For me, this made me doubt this theory - which is that pesticide exposure increased the likelihood that a polio infection would cause paralysis and other damage. However, there is also speculation that an arsenic pesticide introduced in late 19th century may also have contributed. If so, that strengthen the case.

Personally, I hope that this is the correct. Going forward, our ability to create these vaccines in mass quantities is almost certainly going diminish to near nothing, except for gross things like the original smallpox vaccine, which appears to have been nothing but the pus from an infected person.

Hi Everyone,
I have a tendency, due to being asthmatic, to have colds and flus go into my chest. I use the old-fashioned treatment of a bowl of steaming-hot water with 3 to 5 drops of oil of oregano in it, towel over the head and breathe the steam. This works just fine to contain and eliminate chest infections. That and lots of ginger tea and similar home remedies.

Hmm! My usual treatment, when I get a chest cold, is to make a strong decoction of elecampane root, put a towel over my head, breathe the steam from the decoction (which tastes of elecampane), and then drink the decoction. I'll want to try oil of oregano instead sometime and see which has the better result.

Yesterday I found out I have kidney damage from Covid, so be aware that can happen. My symptoms are one leg swelling up when I lie down, and low “water pressure,” so to speak—I only pee about half as much as normal. Nowhere near dialysis yet, thank God, but it could happen in the future.

It seems to me that a lot of influencers hit the curb pretty bad in the last two years, do we have a theory? If karma is any guide it seems that just judging by the instant karma it seems that the vaccine effects are pretty bad on a subtle level too.

A name just crossed my screen, interestingly from a very, very strongly Catholic friend, via a link to a Catholic theology website (not the usual alternative medicine place!), amd I wonder if there might be any insights into dealing with long covid/covax injury in his works.

Has anyone heard of a John Sarno? Does anyone know anything about his work? A skim of articles about him suggests that he was solving chronic pain by helping folks with emotional trauma, and heaven knows there was enough of that over the last four years that I wonder if some of the symptoms folks are facing might be due to that as well as material causes.

I hadn't heard of him before now, but I may just follow up on that. One of the teachings of the Modern Order of Essenes -- which are more on my mind than usual right now, as I taught a class on the Apprentice teachings earlier this month -- is precisely that physical illnesses invariably have some emotional conflict behind them. I'm not sure if I buy "invariably," but I've noticed this often enough in myself and others that I take it seriously.
