politburo logicWe are now winding up the third year of these open posts. As the phrase "died suddenly" repeats in the mass media like a mantra, statistics for work days lost to illness and all-cause mortality mount up in heavily vaccinated nations, and more and more ugly facts about the official response to Covid spill out into public, we are entering what may well turn out to be the most difficult period of the Covid disaster -- the phase in which denial rises in lockstep with the death rate, and a great many people try not to admit what has been done to them by the people and institutions they trusted. It could get ugly, folks.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

quoting wikipedia, as I remember this, reports that the virus was circulating in France before it was generally recognised:

"Unconfirmed reports of early cases

A September 2020 review noted the hypothetical possibility that the COVID-19 infection had already spread to Europe in 2019 by presumptive evidences including pneumonia case numbers and radiology in France and Italy in November and December. However, a subsequent retrospective surveillance report determined there was no evidence of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in Rome (Italy) during this period.

Some medical and environmental analyses in Italy, France, and the US found results which suggested the virus was circulating prior to December 2019 by several weeks. A WHO report states: "the study findings were not confirmed, methods used were not standardized, and serological assays may suffer from non-specific signals". It urges further investigation of these potential early events."

So that all seems a bit questionable; patient zero, according to wiki's timeline again, was December 1:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_COVID-19_pandemic_in_2019#1_December

Despite the possibility that the disease was circulating before this, December 1 seems a reasonable date to me to cast a chart for, as the disease was early on referred to as the "WuFlu", so I think to say it had at least its symbolic, and possibly actual, beginning in Wuhan on Dec 1 2019 seems, um, reasonable.

That was the Fort Detrick source theory... That it first went in US undetected as the vape illness, glass lung and a lot of deaths in nursing homes, in June, July, August 2019, but most of the news were scrapped.

The theory started from this report from August 2019 by the New York Times:

Donning my tinfoil hat here.... There were also multiple suspicious respiratory afflictions in the fall of 2019-- remember the panic over what was supposedly contaminated vaping cartridges? And hundreds of North Americans who participated in the 2019 World Military Games reported serious respiratory illness upon returning. (http://prospect.org/coronavirus/did-the-military-world-games-spread-covid-19/). Whether the caught it or brought it there is another interesting speculation.

Also, Australian TV was reporting a particularly bad flu season in 2019, only to have the diagnosis plummet almost to zero once COVID became fashionable. John Cullen has made me scratch my head endlessly over wth really happened.

I have a friend myself (East Coast of the US) who got flattened by something respiratory in the early fall of 2019.

Wikipedia is best regarded as a tool to tell what the ptb want you to think, imo.
