Magic Monday
Sep. 24th, 2018 12:02 am
It's a little past midnight, so here we go with a new Magic Monday. The picture is Gladys Miller aka Mother Serena, for many years head of the Societas Rosicruciana in America (SRIA), one of the many magical orders active in the US in the 20th century. Ask me anything about occultism and I'll do my best to answer it. Any question received by midnight Monday Eastern time will get an answer, though it may be Tuesday sometime before I get to them all.
I've had several people ask about tipping me for answers here, and though I certainly don't require that I won't turn it down. You can use the button below to access my online tip jar.
With that said, have at it!
***This Magic Monday is now closed to new questions. See you next week!***

3) Yes, but I had the great good fortune of watching enough people crash and burn trying to get rich through magic to figure out what not to do, and the Order of Essenes correspondence course I discussed over in my other blog helped me figure out what actually works. The very short form is that changing yourself is always more effective than changing the world around you; if you work magic to develop your talents and skills, to shed bad habits that keep you from making the income you need, to assist you in finding and pursuing opportunities, and -- this especially -- to learn to waste less of the money you have, you'll prosper. The fascinating thing is that as you change yourself, the world changes with you, while if you try to change the world without changing yourself, the world resists you at every turn.
seasonal allergies
Date: 2018-09-26 06:29 pm (UTC)This has helped me tremendously. I no longer have to take massive daily doses of OTC antihistamines and oral Prednisone during the heaviest pollen releases, just one antihistamine pill a couple of times a week and I'm fine.
Dried nettle capsules are sold in drugstores in the vitamin section and are pretty cheap. The proprietary supplement I mentioned is more expensive. My herbalist says that nettles are chock full of helpful minerals and that fresh young nettles (cooked) are a good spring tonic. You can consume nettles year round and they don't dry out your mucous membranes.
