Well, here's how I see it as another person who isn't comfortable victim-blaming. First, to blame the vax for an increase in a disease that isn't closely associated in time, there has to actually BE an increase in that disease, or a leveling off of a previously consistent decrease. Of course, we may not always know that because we can find graphs reporting breast cancer deaths, say, but not cases of mild eczema.

Second, suppose that the vaxxes were such a powerful promoter of eczema that they increased overall incidence by 50%. That would still mean that only one of three cases was caused by the vax. To say "your fault, had it coming" whenever you heard of a new sufferer would wrongly tar two out of three. For over 50% of cases to be caused by the vax, it would have to MORE than double the risk per user.

We know that's true for a bunch of short-term or immediately appearing symptoms (myocarditis, POTS, tinnitus, Bell's palsy, Guillain Barre). I will be surprised if the cancer-causing effect of a few shots is enough to cause that much of an increase in any cancers. Possibly lymphoma as it is a strong promoter of incipient lymphoma -- but that would happen in weeks or months, not decades. (It may have happened to the husband of a friend of mine. Or it may not. People got lymphoma and died before the vaxxes. It would be cruel to tell her he did something to bring it on himself, when I have no evidence or even a good statistical argument. So I didn't.)
