So let's say, as you seem to be saying, that some new pandemic pathogen might actually be lurking out there. And let's say that people's distrust in the whole system - from WHO on down - prevents a timely, coordinated response to that.
Given what happened with the most recent pandemonium, what do you think are the odds that letting a hypothetical new pathogen run its course would be worse than another round of lockdowns and mandatory experimental drugs?
