We are now in the third year of these open posts. As the phrase "died suddenly" repeats in the mass media like a mantra, statistics for work days lost to illness and all-cause mortality mount up in heavily vaccinated nations, and more and more ugly facts about the official response to Covid spill out into public, we are entering what may well turn out to be the most difficult period of the Covid disaster -- the phase in which denial rises in lockstep with the death rate, and a great many people try not to admit what has been done to them by the people and institutions they trusted. It could get ugly, folks.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before: 

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here. 
 
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue. 

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules. 

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

There was a thread last week about a member of parliament who spoke out about ending the quaxx to pretty much an empty room, systematically ignored as ordered from on high. Feel that here lately, being a voice in the wilderness, wanting to stop the madness, crying out, make a way for the Lord, put some faith in the immune system God gave you, stop lying, especially to yourself. It doesn’t seem to go anywhere…

My spouse has a close coworker who found himself in the hospital yesterday with an irregular heartbeat. Diagnosis was something I had never heard of, PVC… it sounded common enough but I know for a fact that this friend had been boosted multiple times. I really like the guy and I hate to hear this but it’s just not surprising. In fact, I consider it lucky it’s hasn’t been worse. We’re not out of this yet and I still have a lot of sickness around me. I’m holding up okay but something about post cooties living makes one’s health seem so fragile.

Just heard from a friend who had to attend the wake of his friend's mom. Died within 1 month of an MDS diagnosis.. some kinda super rare blood cancer. His friend told him that includng his mom, it's the 4th such case that he's experienced in the past few months.

I said that without VIM to slow the turbo-cancers via its various known and unknown mechanisms, such MDS cases will likely have a month, max, from start of obvious symptoms to passing on.. .and he confirmed that my guess was correct - it was less than 1 month. Plus since it's such a rare blood cancer, one wonders how the doctors were able to suss it out so quickly - aka it ain't rare anymore.

29 Year old deals with the great disappointment

Hi, really appreciate this forum opening up.
I'm in the process of writing my own experience of the last few years, as I was so disoriented by the entire experience, it's been a massive wake-up call for what I'm thinking of calling 'The Great Disappointment'. To more seasoned characters, this covid process might have fit neatly in their framework of seeing the world, the continuation of stupidity en mass. I was more naive, I grew up in a theatrical household that was the home for many travelling actors, as well as housing many foreign exchange students who we would share dinner with most nights, some even stayed with us for close to a year... I grew up with a distinct feeling that there are wonderful and kind people all across the globe from those experiences.

I still think that, but I have also come to realise that many people simply do not allow information into their minds that will disrupt their status quo, or from my more cynical perspective, anything that will make them seem a bit off to others. The shock I felt then, when I started to see decent and kind people shaming people for not completely bowing their heads to this narrative will be something I will always remember, the fact I lived in a period of history where in University I was drilled into believing challenging the teacher was the best thing you could do, to a few years later being chastised for doing my own research. The fact that I witnessed in my lifetime doctors being fired from their jobs for simply asking questions, or that people are on trial for opposing this narrative (CJ Hopkins) will be something I can't forget, and my previous naivety about the human race (a naivety that also carried with it a lot of hope and joy) is no more.
That said, I don't want to fester in bitterness, people were misled, and misled badly. Although all the signs point towards people doubling down on denial going forward, perhaps this moment in time will one day be something we can have real and interesting conversations about in the future, once the cracks start to show a little more and people feel less proud about the way they reacted in those times, and how much they allowed fear to control them. What do people think? What were other people's greatest disappointments in the way people responded? I thought we were all a bunch of revolutionaries just waiting for a moment to kick into action! Didn't realise instead we were all a bunch of death-fearing fascists in waiting!

Each time it happens, we naive folk think it must be an abberation. It comes as a shock to us, we recoil in confusion, if not horror. But it does happen, again and again and each time it is like a wave of bodily illness passing through the community. Witch trials, Japanese internment camps, race riots, pogroms, every kind of anti-personnel madness sweeping through the village, the city, the whole world caught up in bloody and costly wars. I wish I had known this at your age; you are fortunate to have gained the knowledge in time to do something about it. Not to try to save the world from itself, but to prepare your own mind and soul and habits for ways to cope or counteract enough to ensure your well-being and care for those you love to the best of your ability. We naive ones, we always think oh that was in the past people have learned better now it won’t happen here. But it will and it does. And here is the new information I gained so late in life. It happens along the lines of money flow. Wherever the rich are losing money, expect a wave of madness to be generated among the lower classes. I do not say watch the money or follow the money because that makes you contemplate money and become one of the slaves of money. It is hard not to become complicit. I think it is better to be like Archimedes who ignored the whole mess to concentrate on achieving his own ends, setting his own aims in life and pursuing them wholeheartedly and joyously. Work is the main thing in life. Then, when the clueless Roman soldier comes into your workshop looking tor loot, glory, and brute power, you too can murmur to him, ‘Don’t disturb my experiments.’ You may never feel the bite of the sword’s edge that kills you.

Observations this week

Lately the stuff I see online is all about the harms that were done. The hospitals really did kill people, and got bonuses to do it. Doctors knowingly gave drugs and treatments that were harmful and got bonuses for it. Ditto the politicians and the CEOs of companies with mandates. It feels like 2020 to 2022 was a war we fought with doctors, politicians, CEOs, the media, etc. who were killing and harming as many people as possible. We fought against it by refusing to comply. The fight is still going on, but at a lower intensity ... maybe until the next time?

What really got to me this week was something Tucker Carlson said on the Joe Rogan podcast. Tucker Carlson was talking about how the US Intelligence Agencies admitted that they had tapped his phone and broke into his email and when he told people at the Intelligence Agencies that was illegal (it is!) they said, "Yeah, we spied on you. What are you going to do about it?" Tucker added the implied "B*tch" at the end. The Intelligence Agencies do whatever they want and laws are meaningless.

So we endured two years of mass murder, that is still going on, just with less intensity, for now. The mass murderers got rewarded and will face no negative consequences. I think that maybe this forum is getting less comments lately because we are all realizing that harms were done and no one is accountable.
And people just keep on dying at greater rates. So I am on the computer a lot less, much more disconnected than before, and just trying to stay out of the teeth of the beast. It seems to me that disconnecting is the only way to stay okay. A good time to spend more time in the garden...

Quietism is certainly an option, and maybe the best option, I cannot tell for sure. Maybe each soul that comes into a situation like this has a distinct and different aim to pursue. Some may take a warrior path and find satisfaction in challenging in court, in schools, and on the street the nasty evils being perpetrated. In preserving the remnants of human liberty from being gobbled up by the self-serving thugs nominally in charge. but really engaged in wholesale theft amd murder for profit. Others may take a saintly role and pray earnestly and unceasingly for the reformation and change of heart needed to halt those who are causing and enabling the evil. Amazing Grace, the song that arose in the mind of a slave ship captain who had a Pauline revelation -- was that his own Guardian Angel's doing or an answer to many passionate prayers? Mercury-driven people may take delight in tricking and pricking the self-important balloons of ego who are swollen with their own praises -- with making fools of the gullible masses and braying asses, hee-haw! Living in a stew of bitter laughter, like being high on too much caffeine. How can we, how dare we, dictate to others how to live, what to think, what to do when they are confronted by the many faces of evil? Many paths up many mountains, offering many wildly different vistas. Choose and go, and be wary in the wilderness. Joys and dangers alike can knock us off our path. It helps to know where our shoes are and to be ware. Each moment is a new place to be.

1 - Tens of thousands of people rallied over the weekend in central Tokyo to protest the World Health Organization’s proposed pandemic treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations. The rally was organized by Citizen’s Association Against the Pandemic Treaty, with help from the World Council of Health Japan.

2 - This week the Dutch Parliament passed by a majority vote Dutch Parliament Votes to Instruct the Government to demand a delay in both WHO votes–and if no delay, to vote against the proposals.

Calling it Like it Is

1 - In the latest episode of the TV show, Dr. Phil, the renowned clinical psychologist delivered a powerful message about the mishandling of COVID. He said: “You hear people say, ‘Well, we did the best we could with what we knew.’ No, they did not,” “They knew better. And if they didn’t know better, they damn well should have known better. That’s what they’re paid to do.” “And my concern is, when the next pandemic turns the corner, who's got the plan then? What was learned from this? I'm saying we need to think about whether we're going to rely on science and how we're going to react when the government comes in and starts telling us what we can and can't do. I think we need less government. I think if they would step back, we tend to have a way to work these things out.” I know, I know: “Dr. Phil… so what?” Well, I see it this way: a lot of “normies” (like my own sisters) still pay attention to mainstream TV personalities such as Dr. Phil and when somebody like him says something that is so apparently “off script” and is NOT either (a) found dead two days later from “suicide” (like two gunshots to the head) or (b) arrested two days later with a huge stash of something dangerous and illegal in his house, it is rather surprising!

2 - A damning report on the Edmonton Police Service’s Cooties-19 response alleges leadership in the police force knew vaccines caused “serious” injury but mandated them for officers and civilian employees anyways. Edmonton Police Service’s meeting minutes and disclosed information shows that adverse events, and the experimental status of the Cooties-19 vaccines were known in January of 2021. These were discussed within the Pandemic Committee and EPS leadership. The report concludes: “This level of abuse on the population was negligent, intentional, and there was the duty for those in the position of authority to stop the harm.”

3 - In the statement by Marco Huigenbos, one of the ‘Coutts Three’ after being found guilty of mischief for behaviour at the Alberta border during the Cooties protests, Mr. Huigenbos said, “Our legal system may find me/us guilty, but the legality and morality of our country are no longer aligned.” Sole surviving signatory of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Brian Peckford, agrees with Marco. In his blog, Peckford wrote, “These Coutts men are to be lauded for their courage, their faith and their tenacity in the face of the country’s leadership, at all levels, that has lost its way. This present leadership at federal, provincial and municipal levels have abused the efforts our early 19th century reformers who were fighting for our rights and freedoms and have insulted all those who fought for our country’s freedom in the great wars.”

1 - It looks like Canada’s Federal government has just quietly admitted they have a problem with Vaccine injuries. $36 million has been budgeted over the next 2 years for the Vaccine Injury Support Program. None a peep about this on the mainstream media: surprised, anyone?

2 - In his testimony delivered in the Helsinski District Court on April 12, 2024, Dr. Aseem Malhotra stated the following:

"... the original trials conducted by Pfizer revealed that in the trial, the protection from infection wasn't 95%, was actually 0.84%..."

"the reason most doctors were fed one particular narrative is that they were trusting information coming from senior academics and doctors who had direct financial or institutional ties to the drug industry."

"it's important to mention that the drug industry has a financial and legal obligation to make profit for their shareholders. They have no legal requirement to give you the best treatment"

"A very senior employee of META, who I met, explained to me that the so called independent fact checkers that come up on social media sites are not independent at all."

3 – Dr. Ian Brighthope, a physician with 49 years of experience, has declared mRNA a class one carcinogen. He states: “Today, on behalf of my professional friends and medical colleagues, I declare the mRNA vaccines to be a class one carcinogen. mRNA is also a broad-spectrum mutagen. mRNA must be banned internationally.” Another voice joins the chorus!

Wow. Nothing about that story makes sense and it just gets dumber the more you read. Apparently, the "vaccine", which just happens to be super expensive, causes a large cut in yield from the "vaccinated" plant. So, you can save the plant but get nothing from it. The solution? A mathematical model.

"What we needed to do was create a model for cacao growers so they could know how far away they could safely plant vaccinated trees from unvaccinated trees in order to prevent the spread of the virus while keeping costs manageable for these small farmers."

We live in a very red area that feeds into a major blue city. We had to go to a doctor's appointment inside the beltway yesterday and everyone at the doctor's office was still wearing masks.

It is hot here...yesterday it was 80 degrees. People outside in masks and still driving alone in their cars with masks on.

So the reverse spelling of COVID has nothing to do with the name, and "Divoc" is also not a word in Hebrew, Joseph Benatov, director of the modern Hebrew language program at the University of Pennsylvania, told USA TODAY.

Just for gins and griggles, thanks to the comment above using the term, I did a DuckDuckGo search for 'rundeathisnear'.

OMG that search engine knew *exactly* what the term refers to. Many hits came up for remdesivir, including an article about two wives suing for the wrongful deaths of their husbands. :(

My own run-in with rundeathisnear and its equally malevolent sibling, paxlovid, came last July 4th weekend when I checked into the local ER with a 102 degree fever which turned out to be coronavirus. The healthcare workers didn't seem too upset that I had it, but didn't want to release me right away because my blood pressure was really low.

So, I was stuck in the hospital overnight, with a saline IV, and got offered both rundeathisnear on one occasion, and paxlovid on another. I very politely declined both, and the medical staff did not press the issue. In fact, when no-thanking the doctor, I said, "but I would really like to get some Vitamin C and Zinc." He kind of smiled, and lo and behold, wrote me a prescription for vitamin C and zinc, which they brought me in official hospital pill packets, emptied into a little paper cup like they do, and furnished with a cup of water to wash it down.

Eventually my blood pressure got high enough for them to release me, and when I got home, I found that someone had phoned a prescription for paxlovid into a nearby pharmacy-- but it wasn't the pharmacy that I normally use, which is very clearly listed in my medical records. Odd. Naturally I called that other pharmacy and canceled the prescription.

It was almost like the grassroots staff of this healthcare group, at least the ones I met, knew what the score was, but for whatever reasons* didn't dare speak openly of it, and instead did whatever subtle forms of resistance they could get away with and still satisfy their pointy-haired-manager overlords. Do a Google Translate from Latin of the word 'acer' and you will find the group's name.

* I'm betting it's huge med-school and nursing school student loans, and they don't dare lose their jobs on account of these. Sad what a grip the PMC has on the medical profession's short hairs these days.

I'm gonna be honest with you, I'm tired of the Covid subject. I am in Houston and it was almost (I said almost, don't freak out) a non-event. My kids only missed 2.5 months of school (from mid March 2020 to end of May 2020). Only freaks wear masks over here. Or maybe immunocompromised patients, I don't know. They are all very rare anyway. I only like the subject when the mentals at Naked Capitalism freak out about it, then I go there only to tease them. Now all my comments are moderated lol. Whatever.

Vicarious Viruses

I am aware that I am somewhat guilty of tending towards the doomier end of things - one of those people who plays through all the scenarios before doing anything, looking for weaknesses or potential trouble. With that in mind I note GVB has once again outlined his concern of imminent and virulence enhancing changes to the sars2 viral make-up:

"The only possibility I see for the virus to break through this pressure is a sudden and drastic change in the glycosylation profile of the spike protein. This change will be of such a nature that it enables the virus to overcome the inhibition of virus virulence by non-neutralizing antibodies."

He might be right, but I did also read a very well reasoned disagreement of his argument that infections would soon slip back to the lower lung via dendritic cells, something that doesn't appeared to have occured so far btw.

What I can say is infection rates seem to be back on the rise in Europe and North America - not an expectation for a seasonal disease so it is not that yet!
