These were quite helpful for me, especially the foot reflexology one (showing the "four fingers at once down the arch of the foot" technique) and the relaxation sequence (where, for me, the different ways of willing "relaxation" were helpful).

Excellent timing. In the last few days I coincidentally decided to drop all daily practices except for the Essenes. I had had some good results with the candidate/healer grade but was flagging (particularly with the reflexology) due to lack of time in the day. I aim to spend several months at least with it and see if I can make use of the master material.

Is there a correct order?

As someone who has no experience with this, is their a particular order I should approach the material? Or does it not matter which lessons I begin with?

You can study these in any order you like. More generally, though, if you go to the material I've posted on the Modern Order of Essenes here, and go back to start with the first post in the sequence, you'll get all the lessons in order.
