ParallaxAnother podcast appearance of mine, this one on Parallax Academy with hosts Andrew Sweeny and Owen Cox.  The subject was Tarot and divination generally, but regular readers (and listeners) of mine will know already that it veered off in any number of unexpected directions. Interested?  Check it out here.

Loved this one! The hosts do great, like how they immediately stop when they notice they're interrupting you.

The quote from Plato is so true: "There is no perfect circle in the physical world."

The segment about limitations (at 28:30) was very helpful. Until that point I kept stopping the podcast to do something else, like reading social media. It turns out focused listening is much more enjoyable! I feel I'm about to have a good time applying limits to various things.

The way you list gay marriage as an example of good change fills me with doubt. The Netherlands was one of the first countries that legalized gay marriage. I remember how gay people themselves were largely indifferent on the issue. It was really pushed by corporate marketing agencies. The same people have gone on to the current gender confusion and kindergarten sex education. I was in favor of same sex marriage, but in recent years I'm starting to doubt the force that pushed it.
