They LiedAs we proceed through the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselessness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religions, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

"Report: James O’Keefe Placed on Paid Leave from Project Veritas"

It sounds like the kind of thing that happens when you upset and intelligence agency with unlimited budgets.

“Hey I can bring some investors on board. It will just cost you everything.”

I don't think closing the barn doors this late in the Pfizer-leak cycle is going to do them very much good, but I wish them the best of luck in their belated efforts at damage control.

With Project Veritas now committing corporate seppuku in the public square, my only question is what James O'Keefe will move on to do next. It's quite extraordinary that he managed to get Project Veritas to fulfill on its promised mission in such a globally reordering way, before its inevitable ritual demise could manage to silence it. Like Greenwald and Taibbi, O'Keefe is definitely not the kind to go gentle into that good night.

Yes but meanwhile the Veritas will get to keep all those sponsorship money, probably hard earned money from people that where against the same PMC class that infiltrated Veritas... and kicked out O'Keefe

Perhaps not. Last year, after the attempt by GoF*Me to steal my donation to the Canadian truckers, I took great pleasure in disputing the charge on my credit card. They quickly promised a refund. But I beat them to it-- my card cancelled payment and I am told, charged GoF*Me a penalty for having a disputed charge.

I'd like to see a similar revolt from Project Veritas donors.

It's a microcosm of the financial bullying that goes on all the time on the macro level-- once trust is lost, alternatives gain ground. I'm thinking weaponized USD$, SWIFT, etc.

Now that's a good fight

A very wise man once said, "Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's," vividly reminding us that every currency can only be temporarily borrowed from the currency's issuer. When your adversary's source of power is mostly derived from its control of the currency, but that adversary has to begin outright stealing its moneys back rather than more palatably taxing them back, you know that its control structures have ceased functioning.

Pfizer’s profiteering takeover of US regulatory agencies and Canada’s theft of convoy contributions left no doubt that our PMC had lost all self-control. The hostile PMC takeovers of O’Keefe’s Veritas and Dorsey’s Twitter, along with countless deplatformings and cancellations, reveal just how extensive this loss of control has become. A currency revolt is not far in the future, as the initial rumblings of quiet quitting, home schooling, and alternative healthcare have made very perfectly clear.

Once people no longer value the overpriced commodities that the official currency provides access to, they rapidly begin discovering how much less expensively they can produce better quality benefits on their own. Whenever the West’s ridiculously long-running housing bubble finally implodes, the imagined/marketed "benefits" from buying into the official currency will implode along with it. Food, shelter, and healing are the commodities that actually matter in a crisis; if the official currencies can't provide users with useful access to those, people will very rapidly become less interested in accumulating those currencies’ worthless tokens.

I have no clue what is going on with this person and this organization, but in recent years it has often occurred to me that the advantages of scale-- which can be achieved with a larger organization -- and that oftentimes calls for a board of directors-- can be outweighed by the negatives. Any organization with a board can get shanghaied by one determined person, and oftentimes relatively easily. So keeping scale small, no BOD, yet large enough to be operative-- it seems to me there's a sweet spot in scale and the trick is to identify it, and if possible, balance there. Smaller scale has its virtues however in our culture, this is sometimes difficult to appreciate.

I’ve thought about this a lot. Mostly Agree on the principle about the trade offs of scale. It’s not so much about a Board of Directors - more about the source of funding and accountability. A non profit accountable to a bunch of small donors and users of its services will behave way differently to one accountable to a few large donors (or worse government grants).

You can see the outlines of the future. Everyone who works for MegaGovCorp is always being accosted by pretty women who are way out of their league. And they all want to go on hot dates and they are very interested in what you go for MegaGovCorp. Very interested. Almost like they've read up on what it is you do. Next on Candid Internet Camera...

Fast forward a few years. MegaGovCorp is requiring all serfs, er, employees to agree to new strictures, like "no socialization outside the company." To help with this, corporate dormitories become common where workers go from their dorm to the office and back, with no contact with the outside world. The feudal castle/monastery is reborn as the corporate office park.
