Hm, this strikes me as a huge victory with the potential to free a huge segment of the workforce from mandates as the companies will now bear all liability for side effects of mandated procedures aaaand most significant to me, it prevents using OSHA to enforce public health edicts. I'm confident that most of those who have been subjected to their incredibly prolific rule making for decades now wouldn't want them anywhere near their healthcare.
