Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 10

The semi-open posts  I've hosted here on the Covid-19 narrative, the inadequately tested experimental drugs for it, and the whole cascading mess surrounding them have continued to field a very high number of comments, so I'm opening yet another space for discussion. The rules are the same as before: 

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here. 

3. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules. 

With that said, as we watch the reports of fatal and crippling side effects of the vaccines mount up, and more and more of the vaccinated report suffering from "the worst cold ever," the floor is open for discussion.  

***Update***:  Over the last day I've received attempted comments by people trying to derail the discussion here by dragging in various pet issues from conspiracy culture, including 9/11 and the Apollo moon landings. I understand that other forums skeptical of the Covid vaccines are getting the same treatment, and, ahem, it's one of the standard gimmicks that rent-a-trolls use to disrupt online conversations they don't like. I am therefore enacting a zero tolerance policy for such things. Anyone who tries to post something on a conspiracy-theory theme unrelated to the virus panic will be banned permanently from this forum, full stop, end of sentence. 'Nuf said.

Still all about how effective the vaccines are here in the UK and European news this week - this French 'close to government' study out yesterday and widely being reported on - 90% effective vaccines, everything's coming up roses, you get the picture:

However, arguably, this is all falling in the news agenda right now here as supply chain difficulties and higher energy costs increasingly cast a shadow over the impending European winter. All making for a decidedly shaky time if the main narrative starts to look unsupportable.

I learned a few years ago that many critics, perhaps most, rate films based on the message of the film. The film can otherwise suck, but if it checks all the boxes for the latest leftist orthodoxy, they'll rate it highly. I suspect part of this is to encourage people to watch the film, and let the nefarious magic that goes into the hypnotic state of movie watching inch people toward acceptance of the latest orthodoxy. I think this is actually a fine example of the magic of the elites failing miserably, and they have no idea what to replace it with.

Interesting that this was posted at 111 pm Well I have a quick question, what is yours and anyones opinion of the lumping in being covid sceptic with beliefs in chemtrails, flat earth etc ( I don't know much about these subjects and I don't want to accept cult of anything as a given )

and more important perhaps is everyone doing ok !? I have three children and I don't want any of them to get this treatment. I feel significantly more supported since these posts started in that the cognitive dissonance is being eased.

Are people feeling strong in being able to oppose treatment especially mandatory treatment?

I think lumping those things together is a deliberate attempt to trash the objectors.

I also think being ostracized and having your reputation trashed for a perfectly reasonable thing like "I have doubts about this experimental medical treatment and do not wish to be a test subject" will make at least a few perfectly reasonable people willing to give the flat-earthers and chemtrail folks a fair hearing. Because now we're all in this together: why not?

The less I'm getting involved on online discourse on Covid and politics in general, the more I've thinking of the eventual pop of the balloon, or back, that will signal the fall of the PMC. My question is whose head is most likely to roll first?

I dont think that it's going to be Fauci or anyone in the political realm, but they most certainly will be tossed right into the fire before more chaos ensues.

It does seem like we're in roughly stage 10 of your initial prediction so hats off to your foresight. If you'd told me ten years ago that an archdruid would be my go to oracle, I would have laughed myself out the door.

While the Osha mandate seems dead in the water, a number of important deadlines are coming due for the military, federal workers, pilots etc. Taking into account your's and Kim's readings of the mext 60 days, it feels like stage 11 will happen within this timeframe. Just look on how the press has had to spin the latest issues with airline pilots which certainly seems mandate related and not any bad weather. If they won't admit that blatant cause and effect, there's no way official channels will acknowledge widespread internal resistance and will simply, on paper, say everyone is vaccinated and we're all good.

The supply chain is looking even shakier this week. Definite limited shelves on the major retailers. I went into a Walgreens recently and the glass freezer doors had been replaced by lcd screens advertising the goods inside the freezer. But once you opened the door, 90% of the items were out of stock.

Also, it seems like Europe will have major energy and material goods this year. If ADE is a real thing, which it certsinly seems, then a cold winter + non reliable energy infrastructure is a bad combo for public health (very in keeping with that november lunar eclipse astrology you pointed out).

I posted this datapoint I found on messages from Italy in the last thread, if this happens I think it brings another component to JMG theory by extending the denial phase and demonising the unvaccinated it cannot get but worse:
In Italy, those vaccinated do not feel well, even if they have not had serious side effects. Those who are vaccinated with two doses, if they do not do the third, are passed as unvaccinated when they arrive in hospitals, because many end up in serious condition. But they do not want, the government, to admit that they were vaccinated. I'm talking from a reliable source.

I belong to a somewhat obscure religious community. Many members are older, and since it's in a deep blue area, fear of Covid and faith in the vaccines are both off the chart for many people.

Discussions are underway about requiring vaccinations to attend services.

I'm one of very few people who have chosen not to get the vaccine, first out of caution about unknown long-term consequences, and now out of concern about demonstrable dangers both to myself and others.

There will be soon be some discussions about the mandating vaccines. I'm not optimistic. (Though there is at least a small number of respected people who aren't completely in favor of a mandate.)

Those in favor depend on the assumption that vaccinated=safe. I need some citations of high-quality studies that document high viral loads and transmission of the virus from the vaccinated. Peer reviewed papers would be best. I am certain that videos from anything likely to be dismissed as a "right-wing conspiracy site" will be dismissed without even a click. Thanks for any specific suggestions.

All I have so far is one from the Lancet on Vietnamese healthcare workers, high viral loads, and transmission from vaccinated staff. Thanks for any more specific citations.

Playing Both Sides

Last week, I left a comment buried in a thread about a suspicion I have that whatever forces are behind the mess we're in are playing both sides.

As I've mentioned before, I got vaccinated earlier this year; I felt the sort of "It's OK, just do it" feeling that made the concern others were having at the time seem silly. I've recently found myself despairing over the possibility that this may lead to my death. If that sounds reasonable, consider that I have health conditions that pretty much guarantee that if there is a massive die-off due to the vaccines, I'll be one of the casualties no matter what. Moreover, the feeling is clearly interfering with my connection to the divine and dragging me away from the light.

My point is, despite everything that's going on, I think it's important we not let our fear overcome our virtues. Don't let the demons get more than they've already been given.

I think many acquiesced to the jab with exactly that sentiment, having been immersed in an ocean of coercion. Both of my kids (27,32)submitted in this way, somewhat reluctantly, but wanting to get on with their lives. It is very difficult to contemplate that the vax could cause them permanent harm or even death...very grateful for Stoic philosophy. I'm actively lobbying now for no booster shots and they seem to have realized the folly in that con. There's a pretty large segment of the jabbed who were thoroughly coerced and pressured to submit so if Stage 11 starts obviously manifesting those folks are going to be mighty angry. Completely agree that Fear is the enemy...may we all find the courage to endure.

Saw on a report today that in Germany up to 10 % of patients now in Intensive Care are fully vaccinated (119 out of 1186). According to experts this was to be 'expected' because of the rapid rise in vaccinated population. Article is in Polish but looks like info taken from „Der Spiegel” at least the experts comment.

It's notable because it is a mainstream source of Canadian news. It's behind a paywall, but a choice quote:

Most residents returned for their second shot four weeks later. 2) Here in Nova Scotia, the Halifax Examiner today published what amounts to be a victory lap for the vaccines and the recently imposed vaccine mandates (which started on October 4th):

Congress critters have been using ivermectin and HCQ on the down low. So they know it works. I wonder if we will ever find out which congress people did this while not speaking up about it being suppressed in favor of Pharma- preferred expensive (and often fatal) cures.

Hi!

A few days ago, there was a bizarre news item on the BBC whereby some unnamed person supposedly had examined studies of the effectiveness of Ivermectine and found them all to be fraudulent and claiming that these studies were all false science.

The shrill tone of the unnamed person and the definite condemnation by the newscaster of these studies were bizarre. Since when are newscasters the final authority on science I wondered.
Has anyone seen that news item? It made headlines for at least half a day.

The BBC has a reputation similar to Pravda during the good old days of the Soviet Union now, but this was rather extraordinary. As if they really went out of their way to shoot down that drug.

I wonder if that is not an early sign that the elites are beginning to lose control of the narrative.

Any thoughts anyone?

My University Librarian sister keeps saying the same thing. (She is double waxed and just got her 13 year old waxed.) I told her they wait until people are in hospital and nearly dead before giving the IVM, and that's not when it works. Not that they would deliberately design the studies like that or anything.

On a personal note, in my little city state of Canberra in Australia, people only started getting waxed in the last couple of months and our Chief Minister is now telling everyone we'll get to 97 or 98% waxed. My husband is waxed but my 24 year old is not and my 20 year old has a history of anaphylaxis so he could get a genuine medical exemption if he needed one. So the boys and I may be left standing in a sea of corpses who trusted the government.

IMHO people who trust doctors haven't been sick enough to learn.

The truth is out there… but there are A LOT of people who are not ready to engage. My partner and a friend of ours had a conversation this weekend about friend’s brother, pretty ill with heart issues and swelling ankles etc without a whiff of insight about vaccine related damage (they are both vaccinated - and very intelligent people) - likewise, read or watch MSM in the UK and the message is -it’s all good- genuinely I think this is a religious movement and all who believe the religion of progress as it gets more shaky, as we pass more limits to growth, the more they double down. I’m not expecting the consensus to change anytime soon: I’m expecting it to tighten with scapegoating ramping up. Until you see, you cannot see.

100% agree. I see a lot of statements about "bubbles popping", "shift in the winds", "break in the narrative" and in a normal year, we'd be shifting course given the news that is out on vaccines and Covid. We are very clearly not in any sort of normal situation and something has a hold on people. I just want to say a huge thank you for referencing the Fraternitas Rosae Crucis in previous discussions. I have begun the application process for their School of Soul Science course and referenced their Tenet on Immunization in my request for religious exemption in regards to my employer’s vaccine mandate. I literally know of no one whose request has been approved; yet, this morning I was granted approval and I will be able to keep my job and I largely attribute that success to the Rosicrucian order. So thanks! I probably would have lost my job if not for your acknowledgment of them.

Also, as part of my reasoning, I said that I believe all aspects of existence have consciousness, including viruses, and that viruses have a malignant spiritual dimension to them. Due to the nature of vaccines containing (or in this case producing) various aspects of the target virus, I said that vaccines contain that malignant energy within them and thus act as blood and body pollution. Does this line of reasoning actually hold any water?

To everyone who is either a Federal Government employee or a contractor and who is not getting vaxxed: I just wanted to extend my best wishes and my solidarity with you. I am a contractor and the company I work for set the date this week: the unvaxxed will be fired in November. My son-in-law is a Federal Government employee and he was given until November 9. He is planning to file a religious exemption and has been told that in his agency, religious exemptions may be a rubber stamp, i.e., if you take the time to fill out the paperwork, they will rubber stamp it and you will stay employed. I am not sure if that is true, but he is trying it. It might be true, since they have spent a lot on training and will lose if he is fired. As for me, I will put in my resignation in November. Folks have recommended that I force the issue and make them fire me, but I don't feel like I can take it, to be honest. The contempt, hostility, and in my face telling me I am unclean has made staying impossible. I am working hard not to wish the worst for the smug jerk who is the CEO, and who is incidentally very well connected to the ultra woke in the Democratic party. I am not political at all, but the CEO is absolutely the face of evil. Just wanted to put it out there: if you are suffering, being beaten down, and losing your job, you are not alone. I don't know what the future will bring, but there are a lot of us...

I'd still argue the best position for any government to take on this would be to say "We will treat our citizens like adults and allow them to make the best decision for themselves based on their values and their particular situation. Likewise, we will allow parents to make the necessary decisions for their children on the same basis.".

This meme will be a real test. Before Covid hit there were large protests in Hong Kong. They were being censored to an extreme level, and the protestors had started to come up with memes and sayings to get around this. So, the test is, are we at Hong Kong levels of censorship, or not quite there yet.
