Toward Ecosophy

This has been a busy year for me when it comes to podcasts, and here are two more!  Both of them are on my book The Twilight of Pluto.  

First, I'm back on the Hermitix podcast with host James, and we had as usual a great time getting deep into the implications of astrology and collective psychology. You can listen to it here on Anchor.fm and here on Youtube. 

Second, I was delighted to be on a new (for me) podcast, Stargazer, with host Rachel. She's a practicing astrologer with a fine grasp of the technical and spiritual sides of the science of the stars,. and we had a great conversation about Pluto's waning influence and the broader realm of mundane astrology. You can listen to it here. 

...and I'll be recording another podcast (not on The Twilight of Pluto later today. Interest in my ideas definitely seems to be heating up just now. 

For your listening pleasure, two podcasts have just been released covering, among other things, my new book The Twilight of Pluto. 

First up is The Hermetic Astrology Podcast with host Gary Caton. Gary's a highly capable practicing astrologer, and the two of us talked shop about the rise and fall of Pluto, and then piled into detailed chart analysis of a series of mundane charts governing the current Russo-Ukrainian war: the 2021 Aries ingress, the 2021 Capricorn ingress, and the event chart for the beginning of the war, all cast for the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv. One of the high points was that both of us took one look at the event chart for the beginning of the Russian invasion and agreed that Putin must have a good astrologer -- it looks like someone sat down and calculated the best possible time to start a war. It's a textbook example of an elected chart. Check out our conversation here. 

Second up is the Thoth-Hermes Podcast with host Rudolf Berger. Once again we started out the conversation talking about The Twilight of Pluto, exploring some of the basic themes of the book and of the shift in collective consciousness marked by the downshifting of Pluto from a planet to a minor body, but we went on from there to discuss my new (or rather, re-released, but done right this time) divination deck The Sacred Geometry Oracle, and proceeded from there to talk about current events and the war in Ukraine. It was a good lively conversation and should be entertaining to listen to. You can check it out here. 

There'll be more in the not too distant future. The Twilight of Pluto seems to have struck a nerve, and quite a few podcast hosts apparently want to know what to expect now that the disruptive influence of Pluto is fading out. Stay tuned!
