A book that might provide information about what the occult is, what it is used for, historical information, key historical figures, etc. My nephew is rather bright, focused, and detail-oriented, and I expect that he will want to know all the contextual particulars. Or, would it be better for him to just select one of the books you recommend and take it a step at a time?
