Question on the book, and a small rant

Great. I still don't have the book--may I ask if the effect of the technology is purely physical (electricity, magnetism) or not?

Is the article a presentation of the book or does it expand the book a little?

I'm mourning today because the posts in the Fortean Times forum are going to be purged soon--problems with posters using large sections of copyrighted texts, and the new owners of the magazine wanting no problems. Second time I will lose stuff I didn't save--the first was the comments on Star's Reach.

Time to make some backups.
