That's on a back burner for the time being, though I'm still looking into ways to set it up. As for the techbrocracy -- I like that term, btw -- my read on that is quite different; for the next decade or two, they've got everything to gain by encouraging the masses to participate, since that's a convenient way to make end runs around legacy media and the corporate-bureaucratic establishment. It serves much the same purpose as FDR's broadcast "fireside chats" did in the 1930s -- and will be hated just as passionately by the defenders of entrenched privilege.
