The first three of these aren't questions that I can answer. They're questions only you can answer, at the end of a long process of self-discovery. There are many ways you can pursue that process -- meditation and journaling are the ones I've used most and gotten the best results from, but your mileage may vary.
4) That depends on just how gummed up your conscious and personal unconscious minds are. The activation of an archetype can be a mental disaster if you're too frozen up to respond to its energies. On the other hand, if you've already taken some steps toward healing, the archetype can sweep away the remaining blockages, or simply give you the insight you need to let go of them.
5) Your unconscious mind constantly speaks to those of everyone else you encounter. That's one of the main routes by which magic works -- and that's basically what happens whenever your internal processes reflect outwards. This is why I say we all do magic all the time; most of us just do it unconsciously and clumsily, and it results in trouble rather than success and happiness.
