Magic Monday

I'm going to be shocking and launch this week's Magic Monday a few minutes early, since I'm here on Dreamwidth,. (The picture is Thomas Taylor, the great Regency-era Platonist and worshiper of the Greek Gods, godfather of the modern Neopagan revival)

Ask me anything about occultism and I'll do my best to answer it. Any question received by midnight Monday Eastern time will get an answer, though it may be Tuesday sometime before I get to them all.

Um, you do realize, I hope, that this is the equivalent of asking something like the following:

(1) What is the human body and its links to the rest of existence?

(2) Can we perceive it?

(3) What does it tell us about the person?

I recommend you pick up copies of A.E. Powell's The Etheric Body and The Astral Body -- two good solid books on the subject of the human energy body -- which will give you a basic answer to your questions. If you want to go into more detail, you have a lot of reading to do...
