Everything I had seems to be over from previously. So it goes......
I recently had an arts council grant denied/rejected/ (not that I've ever gotten a cent from this arts council). And they are P.O.L.I.T.I.C.A.L.L.Y. correct. In my grant was information that must have made their heads explode i.e.rationale for the work. WHAAAAT?????????? However the 'support material' (examples of my work) was strong. HOWEVER I imagine they felt they were handling radioactive material. But here's what I wanted to share: The description that occurred to me was : Enemy territory........... Not neutral. But enemy....territory.
