Looking at the graphs in the article for the no of deaths in The Netherlands from mid 2020 on, the excess is actually quite small, given deaths there were trending up well before COVID.

The excess deaths look to be a long way below every other heavily vaxxed country (suspicious?). Eyeballing the graph, the excess death rate looks to be below 10%, whereas other EU countries were running high teens, or even above 20% shortly after the vax rollout.

The 590,000 deaths they use in the headline is misleading and doesn't apply to vax deaths according to the deaths graph.
