For context—the current owner LOVES this house and is deeply attached to it (but seems to accept it is time for her to move—she is not moving against her will). Its current energy is very warm and clean—a beloved place. I’m a little concerned how her attachment will influence it when she moves out but the current vibe is very healthy and good.
