Two More JMG Podcasts

Yes, I've been busy again. ;-) Here for your listening pleasure are two podcasts, both featuring me as guest, covering very different aspects of my work. First off is Caroline Casey's The Visionary Activist Show, which broadcasts live on KPFA radio and then not quite so live on the internet. (Yes, that's Caroline on the left, channeling her spirit animal.) It's been quite a while since I've been on her show, but we had a grand time talking about my new book The Ceremony of the Grail and a great many related subjects. You can find the show here.
Second is the Regeneration Podcast with Michael Martin and Michael Sauter, which I hadn't been on before. The podcast is sponsored by the Institute for Sophiological Studies, and represents one point of view on the thoughtful (rather than the fundamentalist) end of Rudolf Steiner's intellectual legacy -- that is to say, seriously fun stuff. We had a fine and lively conversation about enchantment and disenchantment. Interested? You can check it out on YouTube here and on Spotify here. The hosts of both programs mentioned a certain amount of eagerness to have me back on sometime soon. I'll keep everyone posted!

Date: 2023-01-30 06:27 pm (UTC)Thanks for doing these podcasts. I heard you say on Regeneration Podcast that you look for books in your local library system. It's good to hear that there are still functioning libraries! Here in The Netherlands, the local library system is limited to books that could have a Coca Cola advert in them. A local librarian said there is a nationwide committee that decides which books are suitable for libraries. Parts of Dutch society now feel like the 1980's Soviet Union.
The host of the Visionary Activist Show sounded male to me, so I thought there might be a mixup. Then I listened to another one and it had the same voice.
