Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 70
Dec. 6th, 2022 01:58 pm![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:
1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.
2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.
4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. Also, please don't drag in current quarrels about sex, race, religious, etc. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.
With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

If you don’t seek the cause of the correlation you are not doing science, you are practicing faith rites or idol worship. Scientists do NOT beg the question; they question everything. Especially, themselves.

Date: 2022-12-13 01:38 am (UTC)He was a regular Dr. Doolittle and charged next to nothing for the visit and barely covered the cost of meds. A true local legend.
On his passing his practice was bought out by a large concern and prices have tripled and the care is cold and indifferent. His is sorely missed. The only improvement the new Docs bring is that you can get right in now. No one comes from the city anymore.
If those nurses and doctors affected by this and similar rulings could find a community, small town, township, borough, maybe even a larger HOA, retirement community, whatever, they would be free to make clearheaded decisions absent coercion.
It seems to me that a referral model already exists somewhere that could be adapted to this need. It would be best if it was available before their backs were up against a wall. This could apply to many different professions, teachers come to mind, pharmacists, police, firefighters. Just a thought.
Please forgive all the folksy anecdotes, but I've learned a lot from the simple community I've adopted.

Date: 2022-12-13 05:30 am (UTC)and yet, he managed to outdo nasa plus every other state-funded space program and built a reusable rocket (for whatever that's worth), and has thrown a wrench into the machine of, let's admit, state arranged censorship.
where it all ends up is anyone's guess, but musk has at least made it a little more interesting, that's for sure.
i can't wait to see where "my pronouns are prosecute/fauci" ends up.
again, more hopeful than optimistic.

just so long as they wear their helmets, joint pads and steel toed shoes. and take their crapcines. i shudder to think what might befall them otherwise.
thanks for keeping me up all night! ;-)
yeah, it's just an annecdote...
Date: 2022-12-13 06:51 am (UTC)most everyone has used up their sick time and vacation at this point, so they are most likely ill. too ill to come to work, and we are shortstaffed and slammed. they were authorised overtime for the first time in forever. before everyone got too sick to show up to work, we were already in that place. somebody mentioned earlier where if you have a job, you are being asked to do the job of two or three people, welcome to my world, and everyone i work with.
lots of people show up for work when they are sick because a) that's what they've always done, and b) they can't afford to take the time off.
not today. me and the other crapcine holdout were there, all the sickies drank the kool-aid.
it will be interesting to see how this plays out over the winter.

Date: 2022-12-13 11:53 am (UTC)I just went to his Twitter profile and searched it for "vaccine" and he bragged in 2020 how Tesla made the vaccine making machine for CureVac (july 2020), and how "vaccines are just the start. It's also capable in theory of curing almost anything. Turns medicine into a software and simulation problems" (Dec 2020) in response to mRNA tech tweet, and how he was flying to Germany to launch a new version of a RNA printer machine for rapid vaccine development.
So is Elon for or against covid vaccination and mandates now? Sure looks like he is for both and stands to profit from them. He's simply pretending to push back against Fauci now possible as part of negotiating some business deal?

MARK BISHOFSKY, FORMER RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
TRANSCRIPT
PATTI CARROLL*: Next up I'd like to introduce Mark Bishofsky. Mark was a talented and respected frontline care worker who witnessed workplace practices that ended up changing his life. Thanks for being here, Mark.
[clapping]
MARK BISHOFSKY: Thank you, Patti. So yeah I've written up some stuff to say but I do want to add also that I am myself vaccine injured. I was injured by a tetanus vaccine in 2014 and I deal with the symptoms of that daily, and long story short, I'm lucky to be alive. One of my children was injured by an MMR vaccine and we deal with that, my wife and I deal with that every single day.
And I think we need to also acknowledge that to just blindly trust these pharmaceutical companies is an exercise in some kind of craziness because you need not look any further than the drugs Bextra,* Vioxx** or Johnson & Johnson's baby powder.*** Pfizer was fined 2.3 billion dollars in 2007, it's the largest fine ever handed out by the Department of Justice, for lying, bribing, and manipulating data. And we also need to acknowledge that sometimes the FDA, the CDC and these big pharmaceutical companies can be seen as maybe one entity if not just a revolving door. So to just, to just trust them and their data is not something I am going to do.
So yeah again I've been a respiratory therapist for 23 years. I have an advanced skill set, I've worked with all age groups and all critical care settings, including medical transport. I loved my job. I loved taking care of patients and collaborating with doctors to figure out how to best take care of these patients.
But that all ended with the covid pandemic.
It used to be OK to ask questions in the hospital. But it is no longer OK to do that. I worked through the pandemic up until October of last year and what I witnessed was mind-boggling.
Early intubation, the use of remdesivir. Even after the World Health Organization recommended not using remdesivir, in the lack of effort to try anything other than the failed, deadly protocol made absolutely no sense to me. I tried to get Ivermectin for my patients that were asking for it as an alternative treatment, but it was never given. I asked for hydroxychloroquine. I tried to give to give my patients something as safe and effective and inexpensive as just Vitamin D, completely harmless to try,
but they wouldn't give it.
I even presented research showing that these interventions were effective.
I pushed to get my patients noninvasive ventilation rather than having them be intubated. I held the hands and tried to advocate for patients who were
not allowed to have family members by their side to advocate for them. I held some of those hands until those patients took their very last breath because I refused to let them die alone.
I worked through the pandemic before there was a vaccine, and I did that without proper protective equipment. And I did it because I wanted to help people.
Once there was a vaccine, I was no longer good enough. I could have submitted for a religious exemption but I decided I could no longer be a part of the system that was leaving its patients to die without proper care, without attempting anything other than the failed protocol.
Ivermectin is not horse paste. Ivermectin is a Nobel prize-winning human drug. And to ignore it, to ignore an inexpensive, potentially effective, low-risk medication, but to use a medication like remdesivir which is extremely expensive and probably dangerous, just blows my mind.
The doctors I used to work with, I had an impeccable relationship with them. But once I started to question anything, they would no longer talk to me. I was ostracized. The mood in the hospital became very dark, not just with me but with everyone.
The medical system is no longer what it used to be. I gave up a career that I loved. And I am not the only one. And if anybody is wondering why there is a shortage of healthcare workers, look no further than vaccine mandates. Hospitals are short-staffed during a pandemic because of a silly mandate for a vaccine that is proving to be much less effective than advertised.
The last point I want to bring up is something that I noticed in August of 2021. For the last 10 years working at the hospital I was working at, July and August were always very, very slow. This was the time of the year where you would kick back, take a vacation, take a deep breath after going through the busy season. But in 2021, July and August were extremely busy. In fact we were taking patients in a suburban hospital all the way from Bemidji** because every single hospital in the metro was full this past July and August. And it was not covid. There were almost zero cases of covid. What changed? What changed last year that made these hospitals full all the time now? What could it have possibly have been? To ask myself and to want to ask these doctors, could this be a vaccine injury? These clots, this bleeding? You could not do it. You absolutely could not debate science in these hospitals anymore. That is what I experienced. And if I would have asked those questions I would have been ostracized even worse.
And I will leave you with this. I resigned in September. In my last day of work I asked the doctor what his thoughts were, regarding giving young men the vaccine who are at a higher risk of getting myocarditis from the vaccine than they are for even being hospitalized from covid. And he said to me, I don't have the bandwidth. He would not engage me on that question. But within two hours, I was walked out of the hospital by my director and by security and they wouldn't even tell me why. In the end they told me I was going rogue.
So to ask a doctor what his thoughts are about the vaccine in these young men getting myocarditis is going rogue.
What is happening in this country and in this world is insane. And people, please, need to wake up.
Thank you.

KRISTIE ESTES: Hi my name is Kristie Estes and I've lived in St. Paul since 1981 in the same house. I have three grown children and my husband is a retired accountant. And I hope that's earned me residential status because coming over from South Dakota. I know it takes a long time.
[laughter]
I received two Moderna covid vaccines in late February and March 2021. One shot right, one shot left. I was an active senior. No pre-existing medical conditions. Did all my own yard work and housework. For nearly 5 years did kettlebell strength training three times a week. No joint or muscle pain. No prescriptions. All that suddenly changed.
My first vaccine reaction was a splotchy rash on my right arm, day three. Ten days after each shot severe leg pain. About the time of my April 12 66th birthday my toes turned black and blue as I was attempting to sit in the bathtub. Weird, I thought. At kettlebells I starting saying, I can't believe how stiff I am. Then it started becoming nearly impossible to get up off the floor.
Then a big wham. The last day of April I awoke with terrible hand pain, right and left, stabbing, throbbing electrical joints, pins and needles, overall numbness.
Soon after an EMG test in May, the bell-weather test for muscle response, showed bilateral carpal tunnel, needing surgery, that had appeared overnight with no previous symptoms. The EMG doctor had ever seen this before.
Saw the hand surgeon in July. And he also hadn't encountered this sudden bilateral carpal tunnel emergency. He has done more than 10,000 carpal tunnel surgeries.
My rheumatologist appointment wasn't available until September. The Mayo Clinic revealed that rheumatologists are the doctors in shortest national supply. An email form letter from our state's esteemed clinic declined me as a patient, said I could be served with local medical resources to solve my then mystery ailment.
Spent last summer mostly indoors sitting a recliner. Quit driving, wore hand splints. Lost 20% of my body weight, mostly muscle, in a few weeks. Severe fatigue and pain. Trouble swallowing and low walking stability.
Then I met Suzanna* on the Mississippi River. She was also deep in her own adverse vaccine reaction. Her insistence that I go to the University of Minnesota Emergency Room was a game-changer.
My tests showed problems including a 40 fold inflammation increase. I had feet that were grotesquely swollen. They looked like boxes. And I have narrow feet.
My rheumatology appointment was moved to August. My university of rheumatologist diagnosed myositis, an autoimmune disorder, the day of my first appointment. And that is a feat. It is a rare progressive disease and my type is polymyositis,** meaning many muscles. It mimics ALS with added chronic pain. It greatly increases cancer risk. Suspected causes include drugs, viruses, and vaccines.
My disease progressed in days and weeks after my covid vaccine. The usual time frame for diagnosing myositis is 3 and a half years. No cure. It is lifelong and requires strong meds. Many of them are not even FDA approved for myositis.
Covid vaccines and the virus have increased the incidence of myositis worldwide. The Myositis Association*** is surveying members about their experiences and international myositis experts are studying this connection.
I now have a cane, a walker, and a Minnesota handicap tag. Muscles throughout my body are withering away. No meds have yet worked to contain my condition. Completed two endoscopic carpal tunnel surgeries on the past month. That was a slick process, though.
What a difference a year and a pair of vaccines can make in a life.
Thank you. Sincerely, Kristie.

Jan Dahlstrom Talks About Her Daughter Shannon's Vaxx Injuries

TRANSCRIPT
JAN DAHLSTROM: Hi everyone and thank you so much for hearing us and having us here today. My name is Jan Dahlstrom and that's my daughter Shannon. She's 29 and she is, um, she was deployed over in Kuwait as a supply staff seargent and was in the best shape of her life. She was running 5Ks every week, she was doing cross-fit, great pictures we would receive from her being active. Her mind set was very positive, she loved serving our country, loved being over there. Her mind was in a good place. She was happy to be serving.
In May of 2021 she had her covid vaccine over there. In June and July she had some mild symptoms, but in August, as she would say, sh*t hit the fan. Full body tremors, tingling, twitching, burning skin, electric shocks running through her entire body constantly, extreme fatigue, muscle weakness, flu-like symptoms, and much more.
In Kuwait she had visits to the ER, to the emergency room, yeah, to the hospital, she had blood tests, MRI, CAT scans. All results were normal. She was told she had some anxiety. All she could do was lay in bed.
I remember one phone call with her and she said one doctor in the hospital or something mention Guillain Barré syndrome, and that sent my spidey senses kind of like, what? I'd heard about that related to a vaccine, so that made me worried and I told her to not rule out the possibility that it could be all her onset of these weird issues could be a result of the vaccine, of her shot.
The army sent her home. I can't fully begin to describe and understand [begins to cry] and tell you the pain and emotions of her having to leave her unit and army family to return home in pain, despair, grief, and deep sadness.
She was back in Minnesota in late October. We went to her home, where she lives in Little Falls, where she saw her primary care doctor who sent her, he did all these tests, he sent her to his coworker. He was stumped. So then we got the referral to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. In the meantime she also had to find a new primary care doctor, too.
Uh! So we were doing some research, we had a lot of time, we didn't get the appointment to Mayo for months out. While we were at her house in St. Cloud she had EMT visits because she thought she was dying, we had ER, we went to the ER, different things, and just had to sit still and hang on.
We were doing some researching and we found that several thousands of people were in the same boat and having the
same symptoms as she did, so we weren't alone. And more and more all started lining up together.
We were advised not to mention what we suspected as a vaccine injury to the Mayo Clinic because they were denying people in the group. They weren't seeing them. So we didn't mention that while we went.
The appointment was months away. She found her new primary care doctor. I couldn't stand to watch her in this pain months and month. So in the city here she saw immunology, neurology, rheumatology lots of testings. Then at the Mayo Clinic she was seen by neurology, rheumatology, cardiology, internal medicine. Her diagnosis is central sensitization syndrome, POTS,* and small fiber neuropathy.
She's been living with us at our house in Champlin. She is unable to live on her own, she has a 4 year-old daughter she can't care for. Caring for her and taking her to all these appointments has become my full-time job. My sister Cher would come quite often and help us out, she's from Wisconsin and she helped to try to figure out how we could help her how we could help her symptoms because every day we heard her say, I feel like there's sand in my blood and I feel every day like I'm dying, like I'm being poisoned.
She fears the unknown with her health, her military career, her child, her finances, her house, and all the rest. My sister, like I said, has came to help us very often which I'm so indebted. After 7 months of very bad suffering and trying some alternative treatments some of her symptoms are starting to improve.
I believe it would help all of humanity if we figure out why this devastating thing is happening to so many people, to prevent future suffering and the deaths. Shannon spent thousands of her own money looking for relief and answers. The vaccine injured must be heard and they need your help. Thank you for hearing them.
