I just passed on two social things. One personal. One cultural. It didn't remove the loneliness but by gosh, by golly, I'm sure glad I did. It didn't slam me (like an unwilling astronaut) into a cramped space where I didn't want to be.
I'm also reprioritizing my energies and expect, anticipate, new opportunities will develop.
It's all still very weird and I sympathize with your experience and the place you find yourself.
