My basic hypothesis still appears to be holding up tolerably well. We seem to be early in Stage Ten of the trajectory, with breakthrough infections becoming increasingly common and the behavior of the political classes becoming increasingly erratic.
As for the speculation on demonic involvement, I haven't seen any more evidence either way. The things that led me to suggest it were, first, the weird experience many people seem to have had of seductive voices urging them to go get the vaccines, and second, the apparent messing with the results of divination. My speculation traced that to one possible source. We'll see whether any further evidence emerges one way or the other.
