I’ve been thinking of your past comments regarding kundalini yoga and how doing it incorrectly can make you drop dead. This made me wonder if there is a risk of any particular exercise that a person does only once, out of ignorance, that could have dire consequences?
I’m not even thinking of full workings just specific poses or visualizations, not necessarily yoga related. Is there a magical equivalent of playing with a loaded gun?
As a novice I’m want to determine how careful I need to be when looking to try out simple exercises that I read about online.
