Caryn and the other senior members will want to have all the paperwork in place so they can become independent at the drop of a hat, and if ADF becomes more toxic, going independent would be the best option anyway. As the grove is still making appropriate offerings to Bonewits, his spirit will also help you.
2) You should be fine, too. Keep up your banishings and meditate regularly, and that ought to keep you in good shape.
