I also find myself wondering if they'll fit in there anymore. 6,000 years of alien influence.... Something odd just occurred to me. If they continue to resonate with us, we will be this weird, alien, destructive influence some of them can access. Demonic, to them at least. It is possible then this is their Lemurian Deviation....
