If I'd seen evidence that any significant number of pro-Trump types were explicitly invoking demons to call down curses on Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, et al., I'd have brought that up as a possible cause of the mess we're in, and discussed it in terms as harsh as the ones I've used talking about the Magic Resistance and its rituals (which did, as a matter of public record, invoke demons by their traditional names). So far I haven't seen that, but I'm aware of the possibility. Too many people fall into the trap of believing that the end justifies the means, and invoking explicitly evil forces under the delusion that this won't taint their cause.
That's what I've been talking about, btw -- not "bad, dirty people," but the deliberate, public, admitted-by-all magical invocation of evil powers. There's a difference!
