It's a very clear yes, but yeah, you need to let go of some things, and it's not going to be an easy process -- Tristitia as the quesited suggests that you're going to have to grapple with the sources of your problems, which sucks. (I've been there.)
I would encourage you to keep working with the Apprentice level MOE work for now -- you probably don't want to go further with that until you've finished the DMH material, but once you've worked through the book you can then go on to the Healer and Master levels, and benefit hugely from the ample experience you'll have gained with the Apprentice work.
