The deeper places of the subconscious are quite commonly full of old ugly stuff, some of it reaching all the way back to animal incarnations. That's very often where such dreams come from. If you haven't done this already, you might consider journaling about it, and having dialogues with the sexual dreams that way; that's a good way to unpack old business of this kind.
