Toward Ecosophy

Aesculapius and Anubius were working with their own cultures' creation mythologies, not ours. In terms of our modern scientific myths, it was clearly after the planets finished coalescing, since their placement relative to Earth's position is referenced. My guess is that the best mythic event to use in terms of our modern stories of Zep Tepi, the First Time, is the genesis of life.
