The gold standard in numerology is Matthew Oliver Goodwin's two-volume set Numerology: The Complete Guide, but that may not be the best place to start! The thing I'd point out, though, is that most numerology focuses on the numerical value of names and birth dates, not on numbers experienced in dreams. You might consider William Wynn Westcott's Numbers: Their Occult Power and Mystic Virtues, which is long out of copyright and may be downloaded here:
