Just a quick question, planning ahead: I‘m preparing for the Master Teacher attunement. I worked with the Healing Breath mediation for a while, but went back to discursive meditation with the fourfold breath, since that works better for me.
In the text above, there is a side remark about using the Healing Breath to „attune“ others to certain things.
Will regular practice of the Healing Breath meditation be required to receive the Master Teacher attunement, or then to act as Master Teacher?
