You might just be a Druid. Nature spirits do sometimes incarnate in a human body, but it's a very poor fit and they rarely live long.
The feeling of not being at home in one's body usually happens when you didn't get enough time between lives, so subconsciously you remember that your former body felt like and the current one just never quite feels right.
