Toward Ecosophy

The consecration of the working tools in the Druid Magic Handbook does not mention if the consecration of the wand, cauldron and crane bag is an one and done deal, or if they are to be reconsecrated after an interval. I presume that it is the latter, but am I correct in assuming this?
