What I find fascinating about all the "lessons" our technocrats keep shrieking that they've "learned" from one out of the many coronaviruses out there is that every one of those lessons points to how embarrassingly unprepared and impotent those technocrats turned out to be. They're on loudspeaker screaming that they're not trusted, have crappy communication, and can't control the narrative. At least they're paying attention to the same reality I am!
If we hold the verbiage of their last-ditch, wing-and-a-prayer spell to the same standards as a worthwhile affirmation, it looks like a real clunker. The subconscious does not interpret negations in the same way as the conscious, often just dropping any negating words out altogether. It doesn't really matter whether those negations are linguistically simple or calculatingly crafted out of word salad, as in the spell you cited. Similarly, any contradictory connotations that a divided will invariably ends up inserting into its spells and affirmations can end up negating or reversing whatever the caster imagined that they were willing into existence. An affirmation like "My coworkers will view me as something more than just a failure" may not contain any negations per se, but who can even guess what the subconscious will do with such a beaten down and defeatist spell?
The ridiculously garbled spell that you cited above reads awfully close to "the plebs will view us, their masters, as something more than just the failures we actually are." I see no reason for their obviously deeply conflicted subconsciouses not to refine the word salad of "increase the resiliency of populations to misleading information" down to "increase misleading information." After all, that has been their underlying intention all along, as their deeper selves are well aware. Likewise, "reduce the spread of harmful misinformation" could, by removing the first negative, be clarified down to "spread harmful misinformation," or, by removing both negatives, become "spread harmful information." If they, the masters, know deep inside that they’re actually failures, all they can possibly hope for is to spread as much bullshale as far and wide as they can, and they are surely failing spectacularly at that as well!
You're right that their conflicted working is so overwrought, both in its mandatory pretense to appear to be "for the public good" and its endless coded doublespeak, that it can ultimately be interpreted as a useful intention. However, I would not touch it with a ten-foot pole, nor dream of amplifying it. Their buzzwords and making up of new meanings for everything have left their working so contradictory that the gods can easily tweak it in any direction they want at this point — stupid demons! Consider how their original covid working, which they most confidently believed was going to render them increased influence and legitimacy, actually turned out. There are powers at play so much greater than these foolish naked emperors.
For us mere mortals to intervene in a spell that garbled will render our own intentions equally confused. Instead, why not come up with “a sound magical intention worth amplifying” of your own, unburdened by their word salad and doublespeak? For the rest of this highly stressful but equally illuminating transition period, I think I will try amplifying “People naturally gravitate towards narratives that align with their experience of reality, and ultimately become enlightened by any demonic attempts to confuse them.” That looks to me to be pretty much what’s going on all around us right now, so it shouldn’t take all that much effort to amplify. It really is so much more fun to try to create the reality that you want than to merely try to tinker with the reality that they want.
