This isn't exactly what you're looking for—I'm pretty far on the "mysticism" side of the magic/mysticism continuum, there's no intentional symbolism, and I favor blessing others to self-blessing—but I've taken to kissing my fingertips and then stretching out my hand, sort of a gently blown kiss with a prayer, in cases where I wish to bless someone or something silently.
