Horses are solar animals, and there are charities that take in horses from abusive owners, or do things to benefit the world's remaining wild horses. Theaters are also solar -- you should probably be able to find a community theater that relies on donations to help bring live plays to the local population, especially the children. Those are the things that come to my mind first.
