They did prevent one of the more common causes of death, the cytokine storm. Or so it's claimed. Its one of the few arguments that dont appear to be false at the first glance. Unlike the claim that the vaccines prevent infection, which was clearly a lie right from the start.
Personally I think Mathew Crawford is right in believing all positive effects of the vaccine to be mere statistical illusion.
