Thanks for your comments above Murmuration. The setting sounds idyllic if not already quite warm. In terms of 'reality' I feel like my stomach is half - 'caught up' and have no clue how to proceed. I did intermittent fasting June - Sept. and have started cold showers this last week. I don't know whether I am powerful or powerless.
I left to walk at 4:10 with the aim of heading into a deep park for an hour and then read the Hughes poem and then turn around and head back. At 4:20 I ran into somebody who I thought had wronged me and profited over a creative (arts-based) idea of mine. I just expressed myself and shocked him. We hacked back and forth with the facts and I figured out what he was saying and realized how wrong I was about him. We talked for over an hour and a quarter about many things and rediscussed the issue a bit at the end. I was emotional and felt ashamed. Yes somebody else should have recognized my initial work, perhaps financially as well, but it wasn't this person. The universe I believe wanted me to have an attitude readjustment and I have it. So that's what I got as I headed out with Tracks in Space in mind. I will read the poem after I eat.
