Strictly speaking, the cited paper found spike protein in the nucleus, not mRNA. No proteins are produced in the nucleus and mRNA is not admitted to the nucleus except under certain very rare circumstances.
Apparently the spike protein can be imported into the cell nucleus, which is surprising given that it lacks a "nuclear import sequence" that is found on most proteins that end up there. That said this was a highly contrived environment of cells in culture with the various viral proteins being produced at extremely high rates. I remain skeptical that this is actually the mechanism by which the vaccines cause cancer, but it is definitely a possibility.
