We're cursed with using the same name, "diabetes," for two different diseases, and then usually failing to distinguish which one is meant. If it were the considerably rarer Type I, then we could be observing autoimmune effects, either from Covid itself and/or the foxes. If it's type II, then much more likely it's from watching too much TV with too many snacks.
