Oh, wow. Denninger over at market ticker was predicting this months ago: the white house was directing employers not just to deny religious exemption requests, but giving instructions on *how* to deny the most common ones.
But it's not the White House that's going to get their pants sued off for it. It's the businesses who took their suggestions as law.
