I agree with you and I strongly believe that we should fight for what we want ourselves.
But...
If you compare US with the rest of the "first world" I have to say I am impressed at the level of legal resistance to medical tyranny. Obviously it's not enough but there were so many judges blocking mandates and recently even awarding payments to people hurt by mandates, that I would not completely dismiss the US legal system.
