The first thing that occurs to me: it's very possible that a lot of medical services and supplies that I took for granted simply will not be available anymore, or will be so degraded that, effectively, they are no longer available. I don't need to use future tense, of course, this is also true of many things medical right now.
Ergo, ramp up first aid skills and supplies.
Of course that is just one on a long list of possibilities. I look forward to reading your posts.
