A working for increased self-knowledge, so that you know who you are -- most of us have only a very vague idea of this -- and so are capable of being genuine when that's appropriate. (It isn't always, of course.) Oh, and some work -- probably by way of meditation and journaling -- to get to the roots of why you worry about what other people think, and let go of that bad habit.
