Now this is just my experience, for what it's worth, and I'm not sure how the Tibetan rites affect others - in my personal experimentation with the subtle body effects of this set, I found that it temporarily 'opens' the etheric body, can cause some sweat and open the pores, and this can allow what in Chinese medicine would be called 'pathogenic wind-cold qi' to enter. I personally find it best to dry off after practice and avoid cold, drafts, and cold drinks or foods, as well as to do some simple practice or technique to settle the etheric body and to seal and strengthen the weì-qì or defensive qi 衛氣. In fact I've had good results by always closing, settling, and sealing after any sort of physical exercise. I still enjoy ice cold showers and baths, but I simply do them at a different time of the day, when my etheric body is settled and I'm sure my weì-qì is strong. For other people, results may vary!
