Some of us never paid any heed to the restrictions anyway. I noticed about 50% of people were ignoring the mask mandate in London so the game was up. The fact that BJ and his pals ignored their own guidance sealed the deal.
The issue I have right now is not wanting to work in an office ever again (bar the odd team meeting.) Most of us prefer working from home and we don't want to give up that right. I think I have a fight on my hands with my manager but believe I will win. Virtual work meetings are better in many ways and much less office politics to deal with.
